FableLoop is operated by Graham Labs LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your information.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

  • Display name and optional profile image
  • Reading preferences such as narration speed and text sizing
  • Optional contact email for account support

Information collected automatically

  • Reading progress, choices, bookmarks, streaks, and milestones
  • Device and app diagnostics (device model, OS version, app version)
  • Usage signals to improve performance and features

Subscription information

  • Subscription status and transaction metadata via RevenueCat
  • Payment processing handled by Apple or Google, not by FableLoop directly

3. How We Use Information

  • Provide and improve core app functionality
  • Maintain and sync reading progress across devices
  • Personalize recommendations and user experience
  • Process subscriptions and provide customer support
  • Measure product performance and reliability

4. Storage and Security

  • Sensitive session credentials are stored in iOS Keychain (Secure Enclave-backed security).
  • Non-sensitive app data is stored on-device using standard local storage.
  • When account sync is enabled, profile/progress data may be stored in Supabase.
  • Cloud-synced data uses row-level security so users access only their own records.

5. Third-Party Services

  • Apple and Google payment platforms for in-app billing
  • Optional AI narration providers for on-demand text-to-speech processing

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data.

7. Data Retention

  • Account data remains while your account is active.
  • Deletion requests are completed within 30 days.
  • Some billing/tax records may be retained as required by law.
  • Anonymous analytics may be retained for product improvement.

8. Children and International Users

FableLoop is intended for users age 13 and older.

If you access FableLoop outside the United States, you consent to data processing and storage in the United States where our services are operated.
