Terms of Service

Last updated: December 2025. These terms govern your use of FableLoop by Graham Labs LLC.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using FableLoop, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

2. Service Description

FableLoop provides episodic interactive fiction with branching choices, progress tracking, optional narration, and premium subscription features.

3. Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate information.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Paid subscriptions are billed via Apple App Store or Google Play.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before renewal cutoff.
  • Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled in time.
  • Refunds are subject to Apple/Google policies unless otherwise required by law.

5. Intellectual Property and Use Restrictions

  • Stories, artwork, app UI, code, and branding are owned by or licensed to Graham Labs LLC.
  • You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from protected content.
  • You may not bypass paywalls or DRM controls.

6. Conduct

You agree to use FableLoop lawfully and not engage in harassment, abuse, unauthorized access attempts, or actions that disrupt service integrity.

7. Disclaimers

  • FableLoop is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
  • Features and content may change without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Graham Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of FableLoop.

Where permitted, total liability is limited to subscription amounts paid in the prior 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Graham Labs LLC and affiliates from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable U.S. law. Disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration where enforceable.

11. Changes and Contact

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after updates means acceptance of revised terms.
