Frequently Asked Questions

  • I cannot log in. Confirm your email/password and update to the latest app build. If the issue continues, email support with a screenshot.
  • How do I restore purchases? In the app, open Settings > Subscription and tap Restore Purchases while signed into the same App Store account used for purchase.
  • Does offline mode work? Yes. Downloaded episodes and your reading progress are available offline. Sync resumes automatically when you reconnect.
  • How do I manage narration? Narration can be toggled in Settings. Voice and speed preferences are saved per device.
  • How do I request account deletion? Visit the data deletion instructions page and send a request email.
